We can receive orders via the Web, e-mail, hard copy (such as reply cards from direct mail promotions), telephone and fax. We'll gather the materials, assemble them in a kit if desired (with personalized letter, special packaging, etc.,) and mail or ship the same day.

When they log in, they'll simply enter a password and receive access to a menu of your literature and premium items. Selecting the item is easy with pictures and descriptions provided. Entering the quantity, ship to address, date needed and so forth returns to them a confirmation report for tracking purposes. Estimated date of delivery, mode of transportation, costs, etc., are provided in one easy step.

Shipping is provided direct from our fulfillment center. Authorized personnel will receive a passcode that they can enter to verify ship date and shipping information.
