Promotion
of NovaSys among the target group required that Benefits Managers
responsible for state employee benefits enrollment support
NovaSys as an option. The program thus included promotional
products for Benefits Managers and HR Directors as well as
special open enrollment meetings wherein employees would learn
about their healthcare options. Employees received free promotional
products and handouts at open enrollment meetings. Benefits
Managers received a canvas tote bag which housed NovaSys materials,
plus a coffee mug and pen. Direct mail materials and a host
of additional enrollment mateirals were also developed. The
look established by the materials became the creative approach
used on the NovaSys Health website.
A
combination of multiple direct mailings, telephone contact,
email marketing, mass media (newspaper, radio, outdoor), web
site, new selling materials and "event based" marketing
leveraged the human touch that NovaSys is known for - particularly
with strong presence at open enrollment meetings (banners,
literature, and in-person presentations).
A
co-branding initiative with various Arkansas based hospitals
